The state co-finances replacing old windows with a high-performance insulating glass unit — for individual owners through Casa Verde, and for apartment blocks, via the owners association, through FEERM. Here we explain what each programme covers and, more importantly, how we prepare the documentation so the file is accepted.

Why windows matter
A significant share of an apartment’s heat loss goes through old windows and the gaps around them. That is why replacing windows with a high-performance insulating glass unit is almost always among the measures that energy-efficiency programmes treat as eligible — both for individual owners and in the thermal renovation of a whole block.

What we do — and what we do not
We manufacture PVC windows and doors and prepare, for your file, a detailed quote and a technical specification in the format the programme requires: each position separately — profile, insulating glass unit, thermal transmittance and dimensions — so the assessor can check everything and does not return the file.
We do not submit the file for you and we do not decide eligibility — that stays between the applicant and the programme operator. Our role is the technical and commercial part, done correctly the first time.
Termopan Plus is not an official partner of, and is not affiliated with, the Casa Verde or FEERM programmes, CNED, or any government body. We are a window manufacturer. Decisions on eligibility, amounts and deadlines rest solely with the programme operator.
