Production
We do not resell. We manufacture.
The PVC windows and doors we install come out of our own factory in Chișinău. Here is exactly how — step by step, with the machines and the people who make them.
We manufacture PVC windows and doors in our own factory; aluminium systems we design, supply and install, and insulating glass units arrive finished from the manufacturer.
The factory, in 90 seconds
A short tour of the line — no voiceover, just what happens at each station. The sound is off; turn it on if you like.
The production line, step by step
Every window goes through the same eight stations in the same order — whether it is a single unit or a whole house.
-
Profile arrives
PVC profile and steel reinforcement come into the factory and are checked before they reach the line.
-
Cutting
The profile is cut to angle and to the millimetre, exactly to the dimensions from the on-site survey.
-
Welding
The corners are heat-welded into one rigid piece — this is where the frame is born.
-
Seam cleaning
The weld seam is cleaned so the corners are smooth and square, not just strong.
-
Hardware
Tilt-turn hardware is fitted and adjusted on every sash so the window opens and tilts smoothly.
-
Glazing unit
The insulating glass unit, which arrives finished from the manufacturer, is set into the sash, and the sash is aligned and secured.
-
Quality control
Every unit is checked at the bench before it leaves — dimensions, diagonals, hardware, seal.
-
Packing
The windows are protected, labelled per job and made ready for delivery to the installation address.
The machines we work with
The line is built around a few core machines. We list them by category; the exact names and models go here together with their photographs.

Our own warehouse
We keep PVC profile and accessories in stock for standard orders, so production can start without waiting on materials.
What we check on every window
Quality control is not a formality. Every unit goes through the same list before it leaves for installation.
- Dimensions against the order
- Diagonals — whether the frame is truly square
- Weld strength at the corners
- Hardware operation, on both opening and tilt
- Correct seating of the gaskets
- The glazing unit fixed and sealed
- Final opening–closing adjustment
- Surface finish, free of scratches
Visit the factory
The simplest way to know whether we really manufacture is to come and see. We will show you the line, the warehouse and an order in progress — no sales appointment required.
Leave a number and we will agree a time that suits you. The visit is free and commits you to nothing.
