A PVC entrance door is the usual choice for houses and secondary entrances: a deep profile, a panel infill or an insulating glass unit, and multi-point locking hardware. It does not replace a reinforced steel door where burglary resistance is the priority, and we say so plainly. We make the door to order and fit it ourselves.

Frequently asked questions
Is a PVC door secure enough as a main entrance?
With a reinforced profile, multi-point hardware and a good cylinder, a PVC door is a serious barrier and suits most houses and secondary entrances. It is not the equivalent of a certified burglary-resistant steel door — if that is your main criterion, we honestly advise a steel door. We do not sell PVC as something it is not.
Won’t the door freeze or jam in winter?
No, provided it has a thermally broken threshold, good gaskets and adjusted hardware. Winter problems usually come from an undersized door or a crooked fit that loads the hinges. We adjust the door at hand-over and in the first year, so it settles correctly after its first season.
Can I have glass in the door without losing heat?
Yes — with a low-e glass unit the glazed part is not a notable weak point. There is a difference against a solid panel, but it is small. The choice is more about how much light you want in the hallway than about heat. On request the glass can be frosted or patterned for privacy.
What lock cylinder do you recommend?
We recommend a quality cylinder with anti-manipulation protection, even though it adds to the price — it is the most-attacked link. Multi-point hardware without a good cylinder is like an expensive padlock on a weak chain. We offer options and explain the difference between them without overselling.
Can you match the door to the windows?
Yes, lamination lets the same film go on the door and the windows so the façade reads as one. Anthracite with a matching door is the most-requested combination right now. Order them together if you want an exact match — films from different batches can differ slightly.
What warranty does the entrance door carry?
A separate warranty on profile, hardware and installation, written into the contract, with the terms on the warranty page. On a door the hardware works hardest, so the first-year adjustment — which is included — matters especially.
