Most Chișinău flats sit in the 102, 135 and 143 series, where the openings repeat floor to floor — so we know what we are walking into before we measure. We make the windows in our own factory, fit them with our own crew, and leave the flat clean.

Frequently asked questions
Does it matter which building series I live in?
Yes, and it is the first thing we ask. In the 102, 135 and 143 series the openings are standardised, so we know the sizes and the quirks in advance — for instance what happens where the window meets the balcony block. We still measure every opening individually, because these buildings settle over the decades and two neighbours on the same landing can differ by a few centimetres.
Can windows be fitted in winter?
Yes. We use low-temperature foam, and an opening stays open for twenty minutes to an hour — the flat does not lose its heat for good. We work room by room rather than opening everything at once. Below roughly −15 °C we postpone, because the foam stops curing properly, and that shows up a year later rather than on fitting day.
Who makes good the slopes afterwards?
Slope finishing is not in the price of the window, and we say so before you order rather than on fitting day. We can do it for an extra charge as a separate line in the quote, or you can leave it to your own decorators. What we always do is seal the joint on the outside, because without that even the best window will let water in.
How much noise will a new window cut?
The difference against an old timber window is large and immediately audible. Laboratory figures for this profile class are in the region of 30–34 dB, but the real result depends on the glass build-up, the gaskets and above all the fitting: a badly filled joint cancels out whatever the glass can do. If you face a main road, it is worth discussing a unit with panes of different thicknesses — that helps more than an extra chamber.
What is tilt-turn, and do I need it on every sash?
A tilt-turn sash opens two ways: fully inwards for cleaning, and tilted at the top for ventilation. You do not need it everywhere. On a three-sash window, two fixed panes and one tilt-turn covers the real need, costs less, and the fixed panes let in more light because there is less profile in them. What we do not recommend is a fully fixed window in a room you live in: you will never clean the outside of it.
What warranty do I get, and what does it cover?
The warranty is written into the contract and given separately for the profile, the hardware and the installation, because those are three different things with different lifespans. The exact terms and the exclusions are published on the warranty page as text, not offered as a verbal promise. Hardware adjustment in the first year is covered: a sash that drops slightly after its first season is normal, and it gets adjusted rather than replaced.
