PVC doors
PVC balcony doors
Made in our own factory
A balcony door almost always comes together with the window beside it, as a single unit called a balcony block: window plus door sharing a common mullion. It opens tilt-turn, so you can ventilate without leaving the door wide open. In the standard building series the balcony-block dimensions are known, which makes quoting easier.

An illustrative figure, not a quote. The final price is fixed after we measure — and it does not change.
Configuration options

|---|---|
| Profile depth | 60, 70 or 76 mm |
| Opening mode | tilt-turn door + tilt-turn window in a shared block |
| Insulating glass unit | two- or three-chamber unit, optional low-e glass |
Technical specifications

| Hardware | two-sided handle, tilt-turn hardware, optional key locking |
These figures are indicative, typical for this profile class — they are not measured on your unit. The real result depends on the glass build-up, the gaskets and the fitting; we confirm it at the survey against the datasheet of the actual system.
Projects with this product
The first projects are being photographed now
We do not use stock photos and we do not invent projects. We publish only real jobs — with an address, a year and figures from the order — as soon as they have been photographed after cleaning.

We say this before you order, not on fitting day. This is what a quote usually looks like — but the exact list is the one in the written quote after the survey.

Frequently asked questions
Can I replace just the door, not the window?
You can, but it rarely pays off. The door and window share a common mullion; replacing only the door leaves the old mullion, and the join between new and old is the weak point. On a balcony block we usually recommend replacing the whole assembly so the seal is continuous.
Can the balcony door be locked with a key?
Yes, as an option. It is useful with small children or if the balcony faces an accessible area. As standard it comes with a two-sided handle and no key. We ask about this at order stage, because it is simpler to build in from the start than to add later.
Why does my balcony door draught along the floor?
Usually because the bottom gasket is worn or the hardware has drifted and the door no longer presses evenly. On a new door this is adjusted out; on an old one the parts often no longer exist. Hardware adjustment is exactly what we do in the first year under warranty.
Can an insect screen go on the balcony door?
Yes, most often a door screen — hinged or plissé, so you can walk through it. It is not in the door price and is ordered separately. We suggest the right type for how you use the balcony — a plissé screen is more convenient if you go in and out often.
Is the balcony block changed together with the balcony glazing?
Often yes, and it is the logical time to do both together: one crew, one disruption, and a seal planned as a whole between the balcony block and the outer glazing. We can quote them separately or together — tell us what you are planning.
What warranty does the balcony block have?
The same structure — profile, hardware, installation — written into the contract, with the terms on the warranty page. A balcony door is used often, so the included first-year hardware adjustment matters.
