These terms describe how termopanplus.md works and what the information on it represents. They do not replace the contract you sign for a specific order.
Nature of the site
The site is informational: it presents our products, services and how we work. Its content is not a public offer in the legal sense and does not, on its own, create an obligation to sell at a stated price.
Prices and the calculator
The figures in the price calculator and in articles are indicative. A firm price is set only after a free on-site measurement and is recorded in the quote and the contract. A screenshot from the calculator is not an offer.
Measurement, quote and order
Measurement within Chisinau is free and commits you to nothing. After the measurement you receive a quote with a fixed price for the agreed configuration. The order goes into production once the quote is confirmed under the contract.
What we manufacture and what we supply
We manufacture PVC windows and doors in our own factory. Aluminium systems we design, supply and install — we do not fabricate them. Insulating glass units arrive finished from the manufacturer. Each product description on the site states this.
Warranty
The warranty is granted under the contract and set out in detail on the warranty page. The terms and exclusions applicable to your order are those in the signed contract.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs and graphics on this site belong to us or are used by us with the right to do so. Do not reuse them without our consent.
Governing law
Use of the site and the contractual relationship are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova.
