This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. We have written it in plain language rather than contract-speak.

What data we collect
We collect only the data you leave us yourself through the contact or measurement-booking form:
- your name (so we know how to address you);
- your phone number (so we can call you back or message you on Viber);
- optionally, your Chisinau district and a preferred date/time for the measurement, if you fill them in.
We collect no more than that
We do not ask for your exact address, documents or financial details through the site. The full flat address is agreed by phone when we arrange the measurement visit. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing.
What we use it for
We use the data solely to contact you about your enquiry: to call you back, arrange the measurement and discuss the order. We do not send marketing texts or newsletters without your separate consent.
Our legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form before sending it. If it leads to an order, the basis becomes performance of the contract between us. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before then.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to an order, we keep the data for at most 12 months from the last contact, then delete it. If we enter into a contract, we keep the order-related data for as long as accounting and tax law and the warranty period require. The exact periods will be confirmed when this policy is finalised (see the note at the top).
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion and to withdraw your consent. You can ask us at any time — see the section below for how.
Security
Access to the contact details you leave us is limited to the people actually handling your enquiry. We store no card data on this site, because we take no payments online.
For anything to do with your data — access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent — write to us or call using the details on the contacts page. We respond within the period the law requires.
