From measurement to service, all under one roof

We do not just sell windows — we stand behind them after they are fitted. We measure, manufacture, install and adjust them ourselves, so if something is wrong there is no passing the blame between separate contractors.

What we promise, in writing

    During working hours we answer a call or message within 15 minutes. We do not leave you waiting a day for a price.

  • Free measurement within 24h

    We come to you in Chișinău within 24 hours of your request, measure and advise — free of charge and with no obligation to order.

  • A fixed final price

    After measurement you get a final price that does not change. What is in the offer is what you pay — no “surprises” on installation day.

  • Installation in a single day

    For a standard apartment we install in a single day and leave the place clean. No building site left open for a week.

The one-day installation and any delivery time refer to the PVC windows and doors we make in our own factory. Aluminium systems are designed, supplied and installed by us, but the delivery time depends on the supplier and is quoted separately, with the offer.

What we actually do

Every stage is done by our own team, not subcontracted. Here is what we go through together, in order.

Free on-site measurement

A specialist comes, measures the openings precisely and talks through the opening type, the insulating glass unit and the colour with you. An accurate measurement is half of a successful installation — which is why we do not leave it to an online form.

  • We check whether a window board, a window sill or an insect screen is needed
  • We tell you on the spot what is realistic for your opening and what is not

Installation and finishing

Our team removes the old joinery, sets the frame level and seals it correctly around the whole perimeter. A poor installation ruins even the best window; a correct one is what actually keeps the cold outside.

  • Fixing around the full perimeter and sealing against condensation and draughts
  • We fit the window board, the exterior window sill and, on request, the insect screen
  • We clear away the debris — the apartment is left clean

Service and adjustment

A PVC window is not “fitted and forgotten” — the hardware needs adjusting over time. We adjust and maintain it even after the warranty has ended, because the window stays ours then too.

  • Winter / summer regime: we adjust the sash pressure against the gasket for the season
  • We replace worn gaskets and lubricate the hardware
  • We realign sashes that have dropped or no longer close tightly
  • We repair or replace handles, hinges and the tilt-turn mechanism

Warranty and responsibility in writing

Five years of warranty — the same as serious competitors offer. The difference is what we publish underneath that figure: the periods per component, what is and is not covered, and a written commitment to respond to a service request within a stated time.
